3.3 We may change our fees by providing thirty (30) days notice. Changes will be posted on the website or emailed to you.

4.1 Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt.

4.2 We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, credit cards, and other electronic payments.

4.3 Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services.

6.2 All deliverables created by TECHNTREAT under a service agreement will be owned by you upon full payment, unless otherwise specified.

6.3 TECHNTREAT retains ownership of our proprietary methodologies, tools, and any pre-existing intellectual property.

6.4 You warrant that you have the right to use any content you provide to us and that such use does not infringe on third-party rights.

7.1 Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7.2 We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

7.3 Any advice or information obtained from TECHNTREAT does not create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

8.1 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

8.2 Subject to clause 8.1, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

8.3 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

9.1 Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement.

9.2 We may immediately terminate or suspend access to our Services if you breach these Terms.

9.3 Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

10.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TECHNTREAT regarding the use of our Services.

10.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

10.3 These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

10.4 We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10.5 TECHNTREAT may use your company name and logo to identify you as a client in our marketing materials, subject to your approval.
